In response to the recently enacted Health Care Reform legislation, Stephens Insurance has assembled an internal task force charged with providing assistance to our clients as they navigate the changes and mandates required by this massive reform.
Others will not go into effect for several years and will require development of a significant number of new rules and regulations.
Some of the required changes take place immediately. Stephens Insurance intends to follow this process closely as information unfolds and continue to communicate our findings.
